For its annual Interim Week, fifteen students from Hong Kong International School High School traveled to Nepal with the intention of visiting two schools and providing Nepali students with access to the Internet.

HKIS students presented two laptop computers - one for the girls of the school and one for the boys - at Morning Star Secondary Boarding School in Naudanda outside Pokhara and Gyan Bhumi School in Nadipur, Pokhara itself. Morning Star and Gyan Bhumi students were shown by HKIS students how to create an email account, use email programs and access the Internet.
